Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OffPlanner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OffPlanner is a platform for discovering, planning, and sharing offroad routes. The Service includes route planning tools, user profiles, vehicle garage management, and community features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including routes, images, and profile information.

License to Us

By uploading content, or by connecting an external profile and claiming content already on the Service as your own, you grant OffPlanner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

Claiming Content from a Connected Profile

Connecting an external profile links routes on the Service that are attributed to that profile to your account, and publishes them under your name together with any photographs attached to them.

Before you confirm a connection, we show you how many routes it will publish. By confirming, you state that you are the author of that content and grant the license described above.

You may withdraw that license at any time by disconnecting the profile. Disconnecting unlinks the routes from your account, and their photographs stop being shown.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malicious software or harmful code.
  • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Misrepresents the origin of the content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Route and Trail Information

  • Route data provided through the Service is for informational purposes only.
  • OffPlanner does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any route.
  • Access information shown with a route (for example "no known restrictions", "to check" or "no-entry", with a percentage) is a hint worked out automatically from public data such as nature protection registers, forest and land registers, and OpenStreetMap. It is not legal advice and not a permission to drive anywhere. The data can be incomplete or out of date, so a route without known restrictions may still be closed. Signs on site, local rules and the land owner always take precedence.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying trail conditions, permissions, and safety before traveling any route.
  • Always respect local regulations, private property, and environmental guidelines.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffPlanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
